Employee was performing an off-site warranty repair on the rooftop. This repair required the removal of installed roofing material to allow proper drainage. The employee had to remove the metal counter flashing and adhesive material (caulking) to complete the repair.

The employee was utilizing a 6in1 tool to remove the caulking and pry off the metal flashing. The tool slipped allowing the employee 's hand to strike the flashing clip.
