Lifting large diameter tubes from sawhorses and lowering them onto a pallet below with coworker.

The coworker was using a no-touch tool designed for flipping plates angles while the affected EE was using his hands. The tube slipped out of the no-touch tool falling to the floor causing the affected EE to lose his grip and subsequently drop his end which then landed edge-first on the metatarsal guard on his left foot.
