Raising a grate over the RAS pump.

While pulling the pump for repairs the Maintenace team had to remove the grating. While removing the grating after setting the grating to the side it fell and struck the employee on the foot above the steel toe. The Maintenace lead stopped the job and they removed the employees boot and examined his foot. The employee determined that his foot was in pain but he would be fine. At approximately [REDACTED] the same day the employee contacted his department manager and complained of being unable to walk.
