What happened
Strain Sprain to right knee Per EE statement : was working offsite doing a photoshoot when injury occurred. EE was helping to move props from van to location. As EE began to work on moving props had to remove two ice chest which were blocking access to props. EE reached for ice chest and began to remove from van not knowing the ice chest were full at the time. EE felt the pull from the weight and felt pain on right knee. Continued to work with some discomfort but next day was in too much pain to walk freely. Reported to manager on [REDACTED].
