What happened
Employee was helping a driver that had checked in for a pickup move his tandem wheels. When the employee pulled the handle to release the set pin they did not realize how close the handle was to the tires on the trailer. When the driver of the trailed shifted the trailer on the tandem wheels the employee 's arm was pinched between the tire and wind guard.
