Lifting 35 L pots full of soil for several hours. The pots don 't have handles to grip properly so the employee has to use fingertips to handle it this is a repetitive job.

Right wrist and shoulder tendon nerve no pain while working but later during the day the shoulder and wrist started getting numb and feeling shoulder discomfort. Gradually getting worse.
