Me and coworker were clearing a space that had just been cored and a piece of rock got stuck in the hose so like I was taught I tried to unclog the hose. I must have unlocked the wrong clamps because the part that connects the hose to the vac came off instead and hitting me in my mouth chipping my front tooth which I 'm thinking caused me to to bite on the inside of my lip
