What happened
At the end of the case packer on line 2 Emp gripped rail with rubber black knob on the end and leaned backward (while standing on top of the step) causing the rubber knob to slip off and employee to fall backward off of the step. Emp fell backwards off the step onto both hands. Emp stated both hands were hurting and both looked swollen.
