Before the incident
Employee was trying to correct a stuck pallet inside of the palletizer.
What happened
A pallet had product fully stacked on it due to the weight and the bad pallet the pallet became jammed stuck. This also caused ice cream to fall inside the palletizer. After the employee realized it was stuck he consulted with his Lead on how to correct the issue. The conclusion was that the pallet must be down stacked onto another pallet. The employee started to down stack and fix the issue.
