Before the incident
The CW was attempting to move a CHEP pallet to the pallet return at location [REDACTED] by themself.
What happened
The CW slid the CHEP pallet from the pick location on the floor on the short 42 side. The CW then positioned their left hand in between the 1st and 2nd board from the bottom in an underhand grip. Their right hand was positioned in between the 1st and 2nd board from the top in an overhand grip. When the CW lifted and tilted the pallet away from themselves to have the pallet fall into the pallet return they released the grip of their right hand but was unable to release the grip of their left hand. The falling motion of the pallet caused their left wrist to over bend towards the floor and the CW felt a sharp pain in their wrist.
