i went to check the patient before [REDACTED] she was sitting on the chair; her husband told me everything was ok and he will call me of he needed help to move her to the bed. I was sitting on my designated space on the hall [REDACTED] i saw some RN walking and asking to go with her to check the patient on [REDACTED] when we get there the patient was on the floor the blankets get stock on her feet 's and she slide to the floor. we try to move her back to the bed but she continue sliding every time we try to move her .
