Before the incident
I was working in PACU at Sonoran assisting with patient discharges when patient woke up restless and agitated from anesthesia and I went to assist the nurses with trying to calm the patient.
What happened
The patient was trying to get out of bed and remove the catheter. It was 4 nurses and myself trying to get the patient to stay in bed.
