Employee was attempting to wash the tracks on the Utility Welder from the back of the machine. This is a task that is usually done on scheduled maintenance days. The Employee was not given direction to complete this task and took it upon himself to do it.

The employee leaned under the backside of the Utility welder and was spraying the tracks with the pressure washer. The tracks caught his hoody and pulled him in the machine.
