Preforming a cleaning maintenance task on a tool

Technician was standing on a small step stool while facing PM3. The Technician then turned counterclockwise to step forward and off of the stool to step away from the tool. While turning the toe of the technicians foot caught the corner of the VME housing which caused the tech to extend their step to avoid a trip. That extended motion caused the foot to land in a way that allowed it to roll
