Dumpsters company and ABC show up to [REDACTED] same time ABC allowed dumpster company to unload first While waiting driver allowed dumpster to unload and driver went to collect check from contractor while standing at foot of driveway and marking the paperwork with check number the dumpster company pulled out of driveway When pulling out it was a tight area and the dumpster company squeezed between the customers truck and our truck Our driver and customer were standing next to his truck The dumpster company when driving by hit [REDACTED] from behind the hit made [REDACTED] take a step forward and grown Felt like he hit a funny bone Has a bruise His arm has felt numb Dumpster company that hit [REDACTED] is Hayes dumpster [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the branch manager called to speak with dumpster company to report They did not want to report and felt the injury was not suffecient They also stated there driver did not realize he hit anyone They are aware ABC called them
