[REDACTED] the warehouse associate was getting some material in the back aisle As he was getting this material that which is about 75LBS100LBS it slipped out of his hands He tried to catch this material with his hands causing him to pull and possibly pop his shoulder out of place He felt a very sharp pain tingling in the shoulder and was in distress We have called EMS and will oversee him until they show Associate has declined the offer from the EMS to take him to the Hospital in the ambulance EMS told him that if he doesnt accept which he didnt He has to go get it XRayed at a radiology care that offers that for medical attention further
