[REDACTED] WAS THERE SETTING UP LINES FOR THE SOAP TO BE AUTOMATIC WHEN THEY TURNED ON THE SYSTEM TO TRY IT OUT AND THEY DID NOT REALIZE THE PRESSURE THE HOSE HAD SO WHEN THEY TURNED ON THE SYSTEM THE SOAP WAS SO PRESSURIZED THAT IT SHOT OUT OF THE HOSE AND GOT SHOT SOAP INTO HER EYE.
