What happened
Went back to help resident. Resident was laying on bed with his right leg 75% out of bed and moving left leg attempting to get up. Explained too close to edge and needed to sit up to prevent falling. Gave resident right hand and assisted resident to sit up. As I was telling him to scoot back because he was too close to edge of bed suddenly and unexpectedly resident yanked me down. I broke fall with left knee.
