[REDACTED] was attempting to relight a pilot light for a furnace in our engine bay so that our equipment wouldn 't freeze and break he was on a ladder attempting to locate the pilot lot when he lifted his hand upwards and came in contact with a large fan blade that spins behind the furnace causing his left index finger to be cut open.
