What happened
Employee was connecting and moving railcars with locomotive using the remote control. When they went under the high powerlines the remote lost communications with the locomotive causing it to come to emergency stop. Due to the length of the train there was significant slack in the railcars and when it finally converged on the last car it cauesed the Employee to lose footing and ending up jumping from train. This caused them to sprain their right ankle and additionally tore ligaments in the right knee.
