What happened
Right Wrist pain. EE stated incident occurred on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] at Stamping - Column SO 15. EE stated they were moving a gas cylinder(200-300 lbs) with a coworker. As EE squatted down to lift the nitro cylinder with their coworker the nitro cylinder slipped down and EE tried to catch it with both hands. EE stated the bottom of the cylinder had gas and slipped and felt the cylinder pull EEs right wrist causing pain.
