What happened
PC driver placed a empty rack in front of the offloading area at 42-2 temporarily. Then moved to 42-1 to pick up a full rack of parts. The team loading the rack at 42-1 moved to the 42-2 side when the pc driver picked the full rack at 42-1 and moved it to the side. The pc drive then went to get the empty rack employee placed In front of the 42-2 side. As PC driver entered the rack with the forklift the rack got pushed forward and associate writing on the parts got pinned in between the ongoing rack and empty rack that was being picked up. The other associates shouted at the pc driver to stop moving the rack. The pc driver stopped and backed out of the rack. The associates in the area pushed the rack away from the associate that was pinned between the racks. The associate that was pinned was sent for medical evaluation. The pc driver was removed from the forklift pending investigation.
