Late Report - Tool and Die Specialist [REDACTED] Grand Rapids Stamping Tooling was assisting in lifting an outer upper pad the pads disengaged from the ware plates and to keep it from drifting into a form steel they reached out their left hand with their hand in a relief cutout for threaded rods and bumpers where their hand would not get pinched although the stress placed on their left ring finger from the weight of the pad slightly swinging against tension caused their finger to pop and subsequently they developed a lump on the middle of their palm resulting in left ring finger pain at the proximal knuckle tenderness and swelling.
