Had just hopped out of the yard crane he was operating and was going to mark some steel beams (with white paint sticks)
What happened
IW had hopped out of the yard crane to write something on a steel beam but he had failed to put the crane in park. It was still in gear and drifted forward pinning him against the pile of steel and compressing his chest. IW radioed for help and colleague rushed to assist IW getting crane into reverse
