Employee states they were at the WOW 1 Yard scanning parts in a trailer. Employee states they went to scan a part that didnt have a visible barcode so they went up on to the trailer to locate the barcode on the particular part. Employee states while doing so another coworker went to pull the trailer to building causing the employee to lose balance and fall out of the trailer landing on their mid lower back and buttocks.
