Employee bent down to adjust move material. Fan in the area blew saw dust from the ground up into their eye. Employee flushed eye with eyewash then went to clinic to verify all material was out. 4 pieces of material were still in her eye. Eye was numbed and spud used to remove remaining materials. EE was given prescription eye drops and diagnosed with left corneal abrasion.
