Loading a bundle of material onto the material stand 1a

the crane normally used to load that machine had broken and a secondary crane was being used to load the material stand. As the employee was loading a bundle using some temporary slide tooling the bundle kicked back due to the load not being level. the bundle hit the operator and pushed him into the handrail. while sliding out from between the handrail and the bundle employee fractured his tailbone on the handrail.
