On [REDACTED] while getting ready to drum RWV employee went over to the inline filter to continue normal process of changing the inline filter. Valves were left open on the inline feed and the drum nozzle was left closed causing pressure in the line resulting in RWV spraying into employee 's face and getting into her eyes.
