TM was changing the mold on press D1

Employee [REDACTED] was preparing to change press D1 mold. The belt was collapsing and he bent down to tried to stabilize the belt legs. The belt collapsed on the back of his head. There was no injuries such as lacerations or knots. He did have a short amount of dizziness. I told him to just sit there for a while and don’t be in a rush to get up.
