Installing hole covers on roof.
What happened
Team member was working on the roof to install hole covers. They worked from [REDACTED]. Took a 3 hour break for rest at their hotel. During the break he ate lunch consisting of fruits and vegetables. Came back to the site to try to finish up. Onsite supervisor noticed signs of heat exhaustion and decided it was time to quit. Supervisor was driving him back to his hotel and noticed he was not getting better at this time the decision was made to transport him to the hospital for evaluation.
