A breaker bar was left on top of a gaylord that was then moved to press 5. A second breaker bar was already present balanced on a pallet of unmade boxes next to press 5. Employee was performing a color material change on press 5 and moved the breaker bar from the gaylord to the box stack. The box stack became unstable and the breaker bars were rebalanced by the employees jacket holding them in place. When job was complete employee picked up their jacket and the breaker bars rolled off the box stack and hit the employee 's thigh.
