Location was inside the Bowers Cafe in [REDACTED] I was entering the Cafe door facing the parking structure there is a mat right out the door which was wet I crossed the door to get inside stepped on the inside mat I was turning left to grab a table then I step with my right foot on the floor it slipped forward I tried to balance but landed on my left knee very solid
