Trying to unjam grinder pull rollers.

In attempt to unjam the rollers with a crowbar the employee pushed the crowbar into the pull rollers. This cause the rollers to pull the crowbar into the machine while employees right hand was still holding it which caused the crowbar to be pulled into the chute pinching smashing the employee 's hand fingers.
