EE was digging out grapes from tank with attendant. Other employee was using a forklift to pick up and move a full bin of grapes. EE and attendant did not realize that the safety line was snagged when employee on forklift started to lift the bin the safety line tightened and pulled EE back and hit the temperature probe with is back.
