Team member (TM) has been with Domino 's for over 30 years and is currently one of our certified driver trainers. TM was at stop 7 of 8 and had offloaded 14938 LBS of the total 22691 for the route. Injury happened at the store where TM completes their 10 hour layover. TM picked the stores order and started rolling it into the store. TM was pushing a loaded cart that weighed approximately 400 LBS up the curb ramp into the store when the injury occurred. The cart made it over the ramp and the carts right side wheel went over the door threshold but the left side wheels did not and stopped.
