What happened

I jumped off the jack & stepped in between 2 pallets in the bay & my left foot slipped on ice. As I grabbed the box & went to turn & step back to the jack my foot was pinned between the 2 pallets & it didn 't move until I wiggled it out. I didn 't realize I may have hurt it until the next day until my knee began to swell.
