Before the incident
A batching operator was dumping a super sack into the hopper in the powder room in the batching area.
What happened
As the super sack emptied additional assistance was needed to ensure all ingredients emptied out of the sack. The operator stepped in between steps holding the opening of the sack and proceeded to shake the sack back and forth. This resulted in the team member feeling a slight pain in their mid to lower back.
