What happened
An employee was moving a shelf within a rack server and upon removing all the bolts they lifted the shelf and one side dropped before the other. The shelf became lodged in place crushing the tip of their right middle finger and they were unable to lift it to free their finger. Their manager helped dislodge the shelf and they got their finger out. I was able to continue working the rest of the day but the next day they saw a physician.
