What happened
Assisting a resident in the bed with staff beacuse she was at risk of falling out of wheelchair. As we put her the resident on the lift. [REDACTED] yanked the lift it flipped over the resident and fell on bed. The lift hit my right knee when the legs flipped off the floor.
