EMPLOYEE STATES AROUND [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] AND I WERE FINISHING UP CLEANING THE 8MILE PUMP STATION BAR SCREEN THEY REPLACED THE SAFETY RAIL WITH A TALLER ONE THEN THE ORIGINAL ONE SO NOW YOU HAVE TO GO IN BETWEEN THE TOP RAIL AND THE BOTTOM RAIL TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THE BAR SCREEN TO CLEAN IT I WAS PULLING UP SOME RAGES FROM THE BOTTOM THE FLOOR WAS WET MY LEFT FOOT SLIPPPED BACK AND I FELL ON THE MIDDLE RAIL AND HIT MY LEFT SIDE OF MY LOWER RIB IMMEDIATELY MY RIB STARTED TO HURT AND IT WAS HARD TO BREATH AND IT KEEP GETTING STRONGER IN CASE I FRACTURED OR BRUISED MY RIB I WENT TO CONCENTRA AND I DID BRUISE MY RIB
