Before the incident
Employee was tasked to replace a gasket on heat exchanger 4 in the batching department. Employe has on appropriate PPE and did apply LOTO to the water and steam lines that were going to be worked on.
What happened
When employee went to take the clamp off of the water line to perform the gasket replacement hot residual water pressure contacted the employee on the right arm and right abdomen area. Employee did verify through 2 gauges that no pressure was in the line by the gauges both reading 0 on the display.

Employee was hit with hot water from steam exchanger 4. This resulted in getting burns on the right arm and right abdomen area of the EE body.
