What happened
Tech was attempting to cut plastic strap off of Litho pallet with a KDP issued retractable utility knife. She was having difficulty cutting through the strap so she applied more pressure in a downward motion. When the knife finally cut through the strap her hand continued down making contact with her left index finger. The employee was not wearing cut resistant gloves.
