What happened

Delivery Associate (DA) showed up to their delivery at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. After finding the package in the van the DA proceeded to exit the van. When the DA stepped on the ground they did not realize the ground was covered in walnuts and she stepped on some causing her to roll her right ankle. DA fell causing her to scrape her knee and injured her ankle. The customer was present and tried to help the DA by giving her an ice pack. DAs ankle became very swollen making her unable walk without assistance. DA sought medical attention and was diagnosed as bad ankle sprained with no fracture.
