Before the incident

While performing a delivery at [REDACTED] Wren [REDACTED] I was walking up the drive way to deliver the packages at the front door I notice a white and tan dog come from toward the garage The dog seemed mild tempered and was not barking so I decided to continue my delivery The dog then walked off Once I sat the packages down at the stairs I looked up and the front door was cracked open and a black and tan dog was standing at the top of the stairs The dog had something like a chew toy in his mouth I then begin to back up slowly as to not startle the dog because he began to bark and growl and come toward me I continued to slowly back away without turning my back to the dog He continued to approach in an aggressive manner and I screamed hoping the home owners would hear and come to get the dog At this time the white and tan dog reappeared and the black and tan dog lunged forward and bit me The white dog then joined in on the attack As I fault them off i snatched open the door to a car par
