THE EMPLOYEE STATED HE WAS RUNNING EGG CARTE FROM RECYCLING ON A PALLET JACK. WHEN HE GOT TO HIS DESTINATION IN THE WAREHOUSE I STOPPED AND LOWERED THE FORKS AND BEGAN REMOVING THE EGG CARTS ONE AT A TIME. ONE GOT STUCK HE WENT TO WIGGLE IT LOOSE AND ONCE JARRED LOOSE THE FORKS PROCEEDED TO DROP ONTO HIS RIGHT FOOT.
