PER CLIENT CLMT TRANSPORTED VIA AMBULANCE NOW REFERRED TO ORTHO PER CLMT THERE IS A METAL GRATE THERE IS A SLOOTH THAT WE PORE STUFF INTO SO THAT IT DOES NOT GET CAUGHT IN THE GRATE. THE FLOOR WAS VERY WET. I HAD TO TAKE OF THE FLOORS TRIED TO UNCLOG THE GRATE BUT I COULDN 'T FIND IT. I HAD TO MOVE THE METAL GRATE SLAMMED YOUR RIGHT MIDDLE FINGER WAS CRUSHED.
