THE EMPLOYEE WAS BY THE INBOUND PACKAGING. HE WAS DRIVING THE FORKLIFT PUTTING PRODUCT AWAY IN THE HIGH RACK. HE GOT OFF HIS TRUCK AND WENT TO TAKE THE AISLE NUMBER OFF THE BOARD. THERE WAS APICKER TRUCK IN FRONT OF THE BOARD AND THE EMPLOYEE TRIPPED OVER IT FALLING DOWN AND HITTING HIS KNEE ON THE FLOOR OF THE BUILDING.
