THE EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING IN THE BAKERY FREEZER. SHE WAS TRYING TOGET A BOX OFF THE TOP OF THE STACK. IT WAS PRETTY HIGH UP OVER 7 FEET HIGH. SHE STEPPED ON A PALLET TO REACH IT AND SHE SLIPPED CAUSING THE BOX TO FALL AND HIT HER EAR. IT TORE THE EARRING OUT OF HER EAR AND THE BACK STUCK IN HER EAR LOBE.
