THE EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE BAKERY FREEZER. STATES THAT HAD JUST RECEIVED A SHIPMENT AND STATES THAT THERE WAS SOME PLASTIC WRAP ONTHE FLOOR THAT SHE DID NOT SEE DUE TO THE BOXES SHE WAS HOLDING. THE EMPLOYEE TRIPPED OVER THE WRAPPING AND THIS CAUSED HER TO FALLHITTING HER HEAD AND HER KNEE.
