What happened
I was trying to retrieve a box of chicken breasts from the second tier in the meat cooler. It was a pallet on top of a pallet and I was on a short ladder. As I turned to my left the weight of the box took me by surprise and it dropped my shoulders. I was fine until [REDACTED] when my shoulders started getting sore.
